The service
eSIMango sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans. Every plan is data only: no voice calls, no SMS, no phone number. Plans are delivered digitally as an eSIM activation QR code sent to the email address given at checkout.
Prices shown on this site are the final prices. Plan length, data allowance and coverage are stated on each plan before you pay.
The company
eSIMango is a travel connectivity brand operated by Fizen LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The eSIM business is operationally and financially separate: separate domain, separate payment account, separate support channel, separate fulfilment. An affiliate of Fizen LLC operates a consumer application in a different vertical; that application is not part of the eSIM purchase or fulfilment flow, and no digital-asset functionality is offered to eSIM customers at any point.
First-order discount
From time to time eSIMango offers a discount of $10 off a first order. The discount applies to new customers only, covers at most 30% of any single order, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or combined with other offers. eSIMango may withdraw or change the offer at any time for orders not yet placed.
Service guarantee
If you are not online within ten minutes of landing and switching on, contact support and we will fix it. If we cannot fix it, you receive a full refund for that plan. A failed eSIM is replaced one for one, free, for the whole length of the trip.
Returns
An eSIM that has never been activated can be returned for a refund. Once a plan has been activated on a network it has been used and cannot be returned. See the Refund Policy for how to claim.
Acceptable use
Plans are for personal use in a normal number of devices. Resale, commercial redistribution, or use that breaks the law of the country you are in is not permitted and may lead to suspension without refund.
Liability
Mobile coverage depends on local networks and on your phone supporting eSIM and being carrier-unlocked. eSIMango's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the plan concerned. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
