What we collect
Your email address when you request an arrival plan, claim an offer or place an order; your order details (destination, plan, price); and standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device type) collected through Google Analytics.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. eSIMango never sees or stores your full card number.
What we use it for
Delivering what you asked for: the eSIM QR code, the arrival plan, order receipts and service messages. If you asked for the arrival plan we may also send a short series of trip-preparation emails; every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service: payment processing, email delivery, analytics.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing support@esimango.com. Where EU/UK GDPR or a US state privacy law applies, you also have the rights those laws grant, including complaint to your local supervisory authority.
The company
eSIMango is a travel connectivity brand operated by Fizen LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The eSIM business is operationally and financially separate: separate domain, separate payment account, separate support channel, separate fulfilment. An affiliate of Fizen LLC operates a consumer application in a different vertical; that application is not part of the eSIM purchase or fulfilment flow, and no digital-asset functionality is offered to eSIM customers at any point.
